These terms apply when you access or use the Fox Cities RISE Hub. By continuing to use the Exchange, you agree to these terms and the current Privacy Notice.
Using the Exchange
You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your account, use the Exchange lawfully, and follow the community standards. Do not impersonate another person or organization, scrape protected information, bypass access controls, or interfere with the service.
Organizations and authority
Only authorized representatives may manage an organization. RISE may request verification, correct inaccurate ownership, suspend access, or remove an organization profile when authority cannot be confirmed.
Listings and events
Publishers are responsible for accurate titles, eligibility, dates, locations, costs, application instructions, and safety information. No deceptive recruiting, undisclosed fees, discriminatory content, exploitation, or misleading claims are allowed. RISE may review, pause, correct, or remove records.
Community participation
Discussions and replies must follow the community standards. You retain ownership of content you create and give RISE permission to host, display, organize, moderate, and reproduce that content only as needed to operate the Exchange.
Membership and payment
Hub Access remains free. Optional Career Accelerator and organization plans display their benefits and price before checkout. Career Accelerator includes one Career Climbers Basecamp Core subscription for the purchasing member. Before checkout, the member must explicitly agree that RISE may securely send their name and email to Career Climbers so that partner can create and manage the included Basecamp account. Stripe processes the recurring payment, and access follows the subscription status received through Stripe. Paid service, renewal, invoice, cancellation, refund, and entitlement details must be shown before a charge is authorized. Fox Cities RISE is the platform owner and does not require an organization subscription.
Availability and third-party services
RISE works to keep the Exchange reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Career Climbers Basecamp and other external services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. RISE does not guarantee an interview, placement, program acceptance, or outcome.
Enforcement and account closure
RISE may limit content or access when necessary for safety, law, platform integrity, nonpayment, or serious or repeated rule violations. When practical, affected users will receive notice and a way to request review through support.
Changes to these terms
RISE may update these terms as the Exchange changes. The current version and effective date will remain posted on this page. If a material change affects account use or paid service, RISE will provide an appropriate notice before the change takes effect.
